Sundance

A west-side 55+ community built around an 18-hole championship course.

Sundance is an age-restricted active-adult community on Buckeye's west side, between I-10 and SR 85, with homes built in phases since the early 2000s. At its center sits the 18-hole Sundance Golf Club, open to the public, with desert and mountain views and, generally, a softer price point than West Valley peers. It is a low-key, golf-first corner of town.
